A friendly and adventurous nature are powerful tools that enable freedom. So remember you cannot be controlled by another’s energy unless you are allowing this. There are experiences you have when your sensitivity to the energy of others may seem to be draining to your physical being, not the case for your inner spirit. In those moments remember that you always and forever have a never ending supply of your desired energy. Breath and regroup with your-SELF.
