Your strong life force energy can seem to become bogged down by your insecurities, along with the emotional and physical limits you place upon yourself. Rest, when the physical body tells you to rest, move, when it tells you to move. Use your heightened sense of awareness and intuitive abilities to see, hear, feel, and know how and when your personal guidance system is directing you. You have these abilities, the suggestion here is that you use them to the fullest.

It is your own intuition that you must learn to trust. This is a strong directive, and understandably so. You must learn to discern and follow your own inner spirit, and doing so in your own unique way. Expressing yourself as no other being can, even when your ways may seem different than or to others. With a firm determination you set forth on a course of action that had been decided on before you began this incarnational cycle. It still remains your choice to as to which direction you progress, and be assured, you are progressing.

With your attention focused on the cognitive processes of your experience you can be ignoring more refined intuitive abilities. You are multi-dimensional beings and can place your focus on several tasks at once. The basic generalizations that are accepted as truth serve to help you understand phenomenon of a more complex system and when not focused in the physical you have complete understanding of the simplicity of things and with this understanding you simply know what you know, you know universal properties and the relationship between things.
