Only when you put it in your mind that something is not easy will it be so, same is said for your intention that something is easy. You can learn truth without fear and the freedom you have being able to discern for yourself while not being dominated or controlled by the thought processes of another is expansive. This increase in your perceptions of your experiences and how they relate to your physical being assist you with what is right or wrong behavior for YOU! Serving Spirit selflessly is a choice and there is never anything you have to “give up” to do so.

When feeling drawn into the engagement of outdoing or showing up another being with your words or actions, remember something’s are better left unsaid or undone. This practice of one-upmanship comes from other than your inner spirit. What may feel like truth to you can cut like a knife through another’s heart. When these delicacies occur in your experience, as always, rely upon your loving heart and intuition as to how you proceed. The suggestion is that you speak your truth when asked, be gentle with those words, mild with your actions, and tender with your heart.

During this incarnational cycle you move towards transforming your life into something simple, free of extraneous elements, free of discordant qualities. The simple aspects are from Spirit, if it is complicated, it is otherwise.
